Baldemor is known for his versality as an artist in various media, depicting folk art scenes in colorful geometric froms. Aside from painting, he is also a scuptor, printmaker, graphic designer, writer and book illustrator. His subjects have been mostly the people, daily rituals and celebrations of his hometown of Paete. Laguna. However, he also captures in his signature style various sceneries of other countries, having been the recipient of numerous foreign grants in art. He is recognized internationally by way of the UNICEF greeting cards featuring his works.
